The "DO" (Delivery Optimizer) was quickly built in 2019 and immediately upon using it our stores had measurably improved delivery efficiency. In late 2020 we collected extensive client feedback and brainstormed to improve the system; launching the 2nd generation system with increased functionality. Our retailers tell us they could not maintain the delivery volumes they sustain without the "enroute" system.
