This Privacy Notice describes how we collect and use your personal information in the PROST modules for helping purchasing, communicating and grading vendors. By using the PROST app, you accept the App Terms. Please read them carefully.
Privacy -
Please review our App Privacy Policy below, which also governs your use to the PROS app, to understand our practices.
Copyright -
All content included on the PROST app, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images is the property of PROST or its content suppliers and protected by domestic and international copyright laws. Additionally, by using the PROST, you agree that no functionality may be re-used without explicit written permission from Alchemy113, LLC. This includes all back end algorithms and layout of pages and logic of structured flow.
Your account -
If you use the PROST app, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your PROST app account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
Limitation -
PROST apps are built and supplemented by Google scripts and other Google tools, so by using it you have to accept Google Privacy and Terms of use. Any user of the PROST app is limited by quotas.
Changes to these terms -
We may update our App Terms from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new App Terms on this page. These changes are effective immediately.
PRIVACY POLICY:
PROST apps are stored and run at Google servers. Any information or data(login, passwords or other authorization or products data) stored at Google servers and can be accessed only from accounts which have access to Google Drive documents created from that account. We do not collect, store any information on our servers which you enter or use at PROST. PROST apps handle data confidentiality and implements the appropriate technical and administrative measures for the adequate management of data as set forth by applicable legislation regarding Data Protection.
Permissions -
At times, during the first run, apps require access from your account such as Google Drive, Google Spreadsheet etc… You have to allow all of them, so that access lets the App script modify the current spreadsheet. For the purpose of current PROST design, data access to your Google Drive, Sheets user is as follows:

> To create CSV mPower export files adn save them to Google drive.
> To open mPower import Excel files from Google Drive and convert them to Google sheets files.

Security -
We strongly recommend that you confirm https when possible during use. Do not share your Google user login information with others. If you need to grant someone access to documents which use PROS, you can share it with another Google user, through normal Google Document sharing protocol.

This Service may contain links to other sites. If you click on the link, you will be directed to that site. Note that some external sites are not operated by us. Therefore, we strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of those websites if you will be linking externally.
Children’s Privacy -
These Services do not address anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under 18. In the case we discover that a child under 18 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this Google user access. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do necessary actions.
